Join a mission-driven team building the financial infrastructure for family-building. You will develop insurance-backed financing platforms that make IVF accessible and affordable. Working in a small high-agency engineering team you will ship features across underwriting payments and risk scoring to help real families navigate the financial challenges of fertility treatment.

What you will do:

• Design and build scalable software for complex financial processes including insurance underwriting risk scoring and payment servicing.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and data teams to iterate on features using TypeScript and Python.

• Improve system quality and developer experience by investing in infrastructure automated testing and observability using AWS and Vercel.

The ideal candidate:

• Over 3 years of full-stack engineering experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong leaning towards backend development.

• Proficiency in modern tech stacks including TypeScript (React/ and Python with solid experience in PostgreSQL and RDBMS.

• A pragmatic problem-solver who prefers simple solutions over complexity and is comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage fintech environment.
