What you will be responsible for:
Administrative Support:
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail including priority post packages courier services and other correspondence
Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel
Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all external client interactions ensuring superior account management
Forge enduring relationships with clients at all levels positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs
Checks verifies and fills customer orders
Complete deliveries and pick ups to support the order fulfillment process
Inventory Maintenance:
Regularly monitor and track equipment inventory levels
Coordinate with the procurement team to restock and replenish inventory as needed
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on products and parts
Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications
Ensures that all customer orders are fulfilled to meet or exceed our standards prior to shipping
Examines all ingoing and outgoing shipments
Data Entry and Administration:
Utilize software to track and update sales order availability
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records for orders and inventory
Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Maintain production equipment and machinery
Operate machinery and heavy equipment such as forklifts hand truck pallet jack and other warehouse equipment

What we need from you:
Highschool diploma or the equivalent
Proven experience as a labourer
Ability to operate and control machinery and equipment
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in data organization and goal-oriented project management
Ensures Accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Tech Savvy: Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications
When will you be working:
Generally 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or as determined based on Operational Needs
