Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the entire recruiting process including sourcing interviewing debriefing and managing the offer process for roles at all levels (new career to senior level)
• Source niche talent for positions across core and enabling functions including Finance Legal HR Technology Engineering Operations Development Health & Safety and Project Management.
• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers offering strategic guidance and market insights.
• Oversee all external recruitment agency relationships to ensure alignment performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion diversity inclusion and belonging initiatives to broaden diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive candidate experience.

• Optimize recruitment infrastructure including AI-enabled sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and Workday processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring speed quality and consistency.
• Implement and refine assessment frameworks and candidate evaluation tools for senior talent.
• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill quality of hire and candidate experience.
