Graham is actively recruiting a Utilities Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager this role plays a key part in supporting project leadership with coordination scheduling contract management and reporting on a complex transit project in Toronto involving multiple heavy rail lines and stakeholders.
Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site
- Coordinate and manage utility locates and utility-related activities across multiple projects
- Support project delivery through scheduling updates progress reporting and risk assessment
- Assist with change management including change notices scope tracking and project documentation
- Support contract administration pricing and procurement of utility-related subcontractors
- Promote health and safety compliance by maintaining safety records supporting the PSSP and monitoring HSE performance
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 4 years of project coordination experience with prior utilities coordination on a heavy rail or transit project preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/project management software
Compensation
- Salary Range $75000 to $95000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience ensuring fair and competitive placement
- Three to five weeks of vacation with additional credit for prior industry experience
