BBQ Coordinator

Our Material Supply and Logistics company is currently seeking to hire an individual to assist with our employee BBQ program. This would involve travelling to various sites in Ottawa and the surrounding areas by cooking hot dogs and hamburgers on our portable BBQ.

BBQ Pick up Location: 3150 Rideau Road(However the position involves primarily working on our construction sites)

Vacancy: Replacement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Ability to cook a variety of food on a portable BBQ
• Driving a Tomlinson pickup truck along with a BBQ trailer
• Ability to navigate to different job sites and events throughout the City of Ottawa and surrounding area
• Responsible for purchasing and prepping the food items required for each day
• Cleaning and maintaining the BBQ after each use
• Miscellaneous yard work during off-peak times

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid G license with reliable transportation to and from work
• Prior experience working in the food industry would be considered an asset
• Then occasional weekend shift may be required as we service weekend events as well

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

The expected salary range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
