General Description:

The Executive Director Brand and Reputation will serve as the leader of the newly established Brand and Reputation Communications team overseeing efforts to elevate BeOnescorporate brand and reputation increase trust among stakeholders and enhance the companys reputation worldwide. This role is accountable for drivingglobalcorporatevisibility and strengtheningcorporate thought leadership andproduct and pipeline performance byleveragingstrategic data-drivenmultichannelcommunications(earned paid owned). The Executive Director will play a critical role in advancing BeOnes globalobjectivesthrough proactive media relations and robust crisis andissuesmanagement preparedness.

This positionhasoversight of the Corporate Communications Global Product and Pipeline Communications and Media Relationsresources ensuring a cohesiveand integratedapproach to allcorporate brand and reputation programming. As a strategic leader the Executive Director willbe responsible forsetting the overall vision and direction for the team while also being actively involved in the execution of key initiatives. The role requires a hands-on approach to fostering collaboration across various departments championing innovation and continuously enhancing BeOnes reputation on a global scale.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Communications/Corporate Affairs the Executive Director will also serve as an active member of the Leadership Team contributing to high-level strategy and decision-making processes. This position is ideal for a dynamic communications professional with a passion for building brand equity managing complex reputational challenges and delivering measurable impact through integratedmeasurablestrategies.

Essential Functions of theJob:

  • Global Brand Elevation:Lead theCorporateBrand and Reputation Communications team in developing and executing strategies that enhance BeOnes global profile and strengthen stakeholder trust ensuring alignment with the companys strategicobjectives.

  • Integrated Communications Management:OverseeBeOnesCorporate Communications Global Product and Pipeline Communications and Media Relationsteams ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach that maximizes impact and visibility across all communications efforts.

  • Data-Driven Strategies:Utilizestrategic data-driven and technology-enabled communications to drive visibility and improve product and pipeline performanceleveraginginsights to inform and refine communication initiatives.

  • Crisis and Issues Management:Support the development ofrobust preparedness plans for crisis and issues management ensuring the organization is ready to respond effectively to reputational challenges and mitigate risks.

  • Collaboration and Innovation:Foster collaboration across departments champion innovative communication approaches and engage team members in executing key initiatives that advance BeOnes reputation globally.

  • High-Level Strategic Contribution:Serve as an active member of the Leadership Team contributing to high-level strategy and decision-making processes while ensuring that communications priorities align with organizational goals.

  • Data Insights and Analytics:Establishinnovative leading and lagging KPIsto evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts continuouslyanalyzingresults to driveimprovementsanddemonstratemeasurable impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15 years of experience in corporate communications with a strong background in the healthcare or biotech sectors; 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Exceptional writing editing and storytelling abilities.

  • Strong understanding of media dynamics and relationships.

  • Proventrack recordin managing communicationsteamsduring high-pressure and high-visibility situations.

  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution functioning effectively as a player/coach.

Salary Range: $257400.00 - $337400.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills depth of experience certifications relevant education or training and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
