Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Patient Financial Services Supervisor. In this key role you will be the frontline operational leader responsible for daily billing resolution and accurate claim submission remit and cash posting and accounts receivable follow-up at Jefferson Healthcare. This role focuses on optimizing staff productivity ensuring claim accuracy and fostering a high-performance culture within the billing office. The Supervisor translates departmental KPIs into daily workflows providing direct coaching and technical support to the billing and posting staff to ensure Jefferson Healthcare meets its cash collection and AR aging goals.

What we are looking for:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Two years of hospital billing experience required
• Leadership experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Continuing education and/or licensing requirements: stay abreast of industry standards and trends
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Management Health Administration or related field highly desired
