• Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Centers Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
• Bellevue Outpatient

Details

• Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 16 patient encounters per day.
• Schedule: Generally MondayFriday day shifts with flexibility to be offsite after clinical duties are completed.
• Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations assessments treatment team leadership and patient discharges.
• Work-Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Please note: This position requires 3 years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary range: $150000-$180000 depending on experience and job fit.

Requirements

1. Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
2. Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.
3. Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
4. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
5. Required Experience: 3 years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
