Looking for a solid job with a schedule that actually fits your life Fergusons Front Royal Distribution Center is offering a full time role with competitive pay and a consistent five day a week schedule overtime as needed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (standup forklifts reach trucks order pickers)in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines

• Accurately pick stage and store product in designated warehouse locations

• Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas

• Use RF scanners or voicedirected systems to complete daily tasks

• Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership

• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance

• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift

• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred (training provided)

• Comfortable in a fastpaced teamoriented environment

• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
