As part of a national leader in traumainformed evidencebased treatment you will play a pivotal role in helping students rebuild confidence and reach their academic goals while supporting their emotional wellbeing.

This dynamic role blends academic planning direct instruction executive functioning support and crossdisciplinary collaboration; ideal for educators with strong organizational leadership curriculum experience and a passion for student advocacy.

• Coordinate weekly academic services and facilitate individualized academic plans in partnership with students families and home schools.
• Provide daily academic support including oneonone instruction and executive functioning coaching to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Oversee academic testing; maintain complete student records; and support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Collaborate with clinical residential and academic teams to ensure academic plans support therapeutic goals and program success.
• Lead or support socialemotional learning groups and communicate observed behaviors to the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain timely communication with parents schools and internal teams; submit all academic documentation within three days of student discharge.
• Assist the Academic Director with administrative tasks and work with the Program Director on classroom resources technology and academic budget planning.

• Bachelors degree in Education or related teaching field (required).
• Direct classroom teaching experience; Special Education background preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in therapeutic or behavioral settings is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
