Job Summary
The Dineamic Hospitality Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across assigned brands within the DineAmic portfolio. This role includes a mix of digital and social media marketing campaign execution CRM support and general marketing operations.
The Coordinator will help manage email and loyalty platforms support digital campaigns and assist with websites promotions and brand initiatives. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is eager to grow within marketing.
Essential Duties Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives across assigned brands and locations
- Assist with website updates promotional content and campaign execution across digital channels
- Own day-to-day social media management for assigned brands including content planning scheduling publishing and community engagement across platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Coordinate and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of promotions events seasonal campaigns and perks programs
- Build and maintain event pages and promotional listings across relevant platforms
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate marketing updates
- Support the management of loyalty and guest engagement platforms companywide including campaign setup scheduling and reporting
- Assist in maintaining data accuracy and monitoring campaign performance
- Help optimize automated marketing journeys and guest communications
- Assist with marketing tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager GA4)
- Support campaign tracking reporting and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
- Additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role
Physical Demands Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with regular computer use and periods of sitting
- Occasional standing walking and light lifting (up to 20 pounds) for events or marketing materials
- Ability to travel between local Chicagoland venues as needed for events activations or content capture
- Occasional evening or weekend availability to support events and key campaigns
Education Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 12 years of relevant marketing internship or coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (Paytronix experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Proficiency withgraphic design tools (Adobe suites) a plus!
