HR Business Coordinator Corporate Staff GroupsMemphis TNPay Rate: $55000 - $75000Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time About The Role:The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive Human Resources operational and administrative support for the corporate employee population. This role serves as the primary owner of Dayforce transactions and data integrity supports recruiting and onboarding logistics maintains employee records and compliance HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Business Partners staff to ensure accurate execution of HR processes timely communications and consistent employee Responsibilities:HRIS / Dayforce Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce on the staff HR team including: Job compensation status and organizational changesData audits and correction of discrepanciesStandard reporting (headcount turnover compliance metrics)Partner with HRBPs to ensure accurate execution of approved changesMaintain employee records to ensure auditready complianceRecruiting Offers & PreHireCreate and post requisitions in Dayforce and coordinate recruiting logisticsPrepare send track and file offer letters and promotional documentsCoordinate preemployment activities including background checks drug testing and onboarding tasksTrack offer acceptance and ensure timely handoffs to onboardingOnboarding & Day 1 ExperienceOwn preboarding and Day1 logistics including welcome communications and schedulesCoordinate I9 verification and compliance processesNotify IT Facilities Payroll and other partners of new hire needsServe as the primary contact for onboarding questions and system access guidanceHR Operations & Employee SupportServe as first point of contact for standard HR process and system questionsEscalate complex issues to HRBP as appropriatePrepare employment verifications and standard HR lettersMaintain personnel files and ensure records retention complianceDeliver standard benefits overviews and enrollment informationCoordinate leave logistics and documentation Reporting Programs & CoordinationPrepare routine HR reports and adhoc data requestsSupport intern and earlycareer program logistics (offers onboarding events)Assist with HR communications and calendardriven activities (engagement surveys people updates)OtherPerform additional HR administrative and coordination tasks as assignedAbout You: Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesHigh school diploma required; Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferredMinimum 35 years of HR administrative or coordinator experienceStrong working knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processesDayforce experience is strongly preferred (or comparable HRIS)High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to Detail Time Management & Follow-Through Customer Focus Data Accuracy Interpersonal SkillsAbout Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
