Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst - Employee Benefits to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in both actuarial science and brokerage coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in analyzing employee benefits data developing financial models and providing strategic insights to support the clients needs. This is a hybrid position requiring two days in-office and three days remote work per week.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150000 - $200000 annually
- Bonus: Based on team and corporate profitability (% of salary)

Responsibilities
- Analyze medical pharmacy dental and vision claims data
- Build and maintain underwriting and financial models
- Develop cost projections and trend assumptions
- Monitor client plan performance against budget
- Provide financial reporting and dashboards to clients
- Support consultants in client strategy development
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Evaluate plan design changes and their financial impact
- Review carrier financials renewals and rate filings
- Conduct vendor and carrier comparisons (RFP analysis)
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Stay current on market trends regulations and benchmarks
- Support the sales process by developing financial exhibits and analyzing plan performance
