MVP Operations is seeking a Graduate Intelligent Automation Analyst Intern to help design evaluate and govern AI-enabled workflows that support accuracy compliance and scalability across critical business functions.

Qualifications Youll Bring
- Must be a full-time graduate student in good academic standing
- Program focus in data analytics information systems operations management public policy health administration computer science or a related field
- Availability to work full-time hybrid (MondayFriday 37.5 hours per week)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to assess risk scalability and performance of emerging technologies
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in AI governance regulatory alignment and operational strategy
- Commitment to quality accuracy and customer-centered outcomes
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation use cases (e.g. Payment Integrity)
- Design multi-step AI-assisted workflows that include Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) controls to ensure clinical and financial accuracy
- Establish standards for AI outputs to align with CMS NCQA and state-specific regulatory requirements
- Evaluate the performance scalability and ROI of AI-enabled solutions and recommend optimization opportunities
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs defining how staff review validate and approve AI-generated content
- Produce executive-level summaries assessing AI risks potential biases and mitigation strategies
- Support governance efforts by mentoring undergraduate interns and promoting disciplined testing and documentation practices
