Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Accelerated Delivery Planning (ADP) Facilitator to join our team in the greater DMV area supporting the Army National Guard.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates accelerated delivery planning workshops to establish a clear and comprehensive understanding of the ENOCS contract associated needs and overarching objectives.
- Guides participants through structured discussions that surface expectations clarify requirements and align stakeholders on intended outcomes.
- Applies facilitation methods that promote collaboration transparency and shared awareness of contractual and operational drivers that influence planning decisions.
- Leads detailed reviews of commitments and conducts systematic assessments of program scope issues risks and assumptions.
- Drives dialogue that identifies constraints interdependencies and potential barriers to delivery capturing insights that inform planning artifacts and decision frameworks.
- Maintains disciplined oversight of workshop outputs synthesizes information into coherent findings and supports the formation of actionable plans that reflect both strategic intent and practical execution considerations.

Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
- Education/Experience:
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA; OR
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with MS/MA; OR
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience with Ph.D.
- Certification: PMP required
- Skills & Experience: Expert facilitation of multistakeholder planning sessions program/contract understanding (ENOCS or equivalent) risk/assumption management stakeholder alignment across military and civilian stakeholders excellent written and briefing skills and ability to produce decisiongrade planning artifacts.
Desired / Preferred
- Direct experience supporting ENOCS or similar network/operations contracts
- Prior Army National Guard or DoD program experience
- Experience with agile/accelerated delivery methods and change management

Target Salary Range
$112000 - $179000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
