As the first point of contact for residents and guests youll play a key role in shaping the dining experiencesetting the tone with professionalism kindness and efficiency while supporting smooth dining room operations.

OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU
Pay Range: $17.10-$19.64 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Friday 3:00pm-6:30pm. Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm Sunday 9:00am-2:00pm Monday 3:00pm-6:30pm.

WHAT YOULL OWN
Deliver a Welcoming Dining Experience
- Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate seating flow to support timely service and minimize wait times
- Escort guests to tables while accommodating accessibility needs and preferences
- Support service by assisting with beverage running table resets light bussing and carryout orders
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting dining room environment
Front-of-House Coordination & Communication
- Answer phones and manage reservations walk-ins and waitlists
- Accurately log reservations dining preferences and carryout orders
- Maintain an organized host station with menus seating charts and communication tools
- Communicate clearly with servers kitchen staff and leadership to support smooth operations
- Share resident feedback with management to support continuous improvement
Safety Teamwork & Professional Standards
- Follow all safety sanitation and confidentiality policies
- Support special events theme meals and holiday dining
- Assist team members during busy or understaffed periods
- Model Frasiers values and contribute to a respectful team-oriented environment
- Report concerns in accordance with organizational policy and Colorado Elder Abuse Law
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Prior host front-of-house or customer service experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Weekend holiday and occasional weekday availability required
