Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for highly complex projects ensuring competitiveness compliance and alignment with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full proposal development process (RFP/RFQ) from initial analysis through final submission
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering commercial legal and procurement) in building proposals
- Develop technical and commercial strategies to maximize competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and international standards
- Manage timelines risks and proposal deliverables
- Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders and when required client interactions
Desired Profile
- Strong experience in proposal management within Oil & Gas Energy or Industrial Projects
- Solid techno-commercial interface (beyond purely administrative scope)
- Experience with large-scale contracts and international clients (e.g. Petrobras majors EPCs)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Analytical structured profile with a strong sense of deadlines
