Our Company is in search of an experienced Manager Growth & Planning Support to join our Growth & Planning field-based role supports a fast-growing organization with over 100 locations and an aggressive expansion roadmap. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Planning this positionis responsible forexecuting enterprise growth initiatives across multiple markets partnering closely with field leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent rollout adoption and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-site execution field operations and complex initiative rollouts in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Department:Growth & Planning
Responsibilities:
Brand Amenity Rollouts & Field Execution
- Coordinate and execute new branded amenities and experiences across multiple markets in alignment with corporate standards and timelines.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and field leadership to manage rollout communications delivery schedules and in-gym implementation.
- Provide virtual and on-site support for new initiative launches including logistics training and brand activation.
- Conduct in-field audits of new initiatives to ensure proper execution upkeep cleanliness and team knowledge at 30 60 90-day and ongoing intervals.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from field teams and test locations escalating insights and recommendations to corporate partners.
Training SOPs & Communication
- Support the transition from planning to operational execution through structured rollout processes and field enablement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs rollout checklists scorecards and implementation documentation.
- Lead rollout calls and communications with field teams to ensure clarity alignment and accountability.
- Serve as a primary liaison between corporate project teams and field operations to drive adoption and feedback loops.
Vendor & Program Management
- Act as the primary field point of contact for select vendors supporting Growth & Planning initiatives.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality timeliness and adherence to standards.
- Track and report on amenity performance including recovery rooms tanks refresh projects and instructional tools using member data and surveys.
Grand Openings & Market Expansion
- Provide on-site support for new club openings including amenity setup training coordination and brand activation.
- Attend grand openings CapEx signage walkthroughs and gym walk-throughs related to Growth & Planning initiatives.
- Support growth initiatives across priority and emerging markets to ensure consistent execution at scale.
Executive & Strategic Support
- Partner directly with the Director of Growth & Planning to execute strategic priorities at the field level.
- Provide regular updates insights risks and recommendations based on field observations.
- Continuously research competitive offerings and industry trends and summarize insights for leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in field operations project management or multi-site rollout execution (fitness retail hospitality or similar environments preferred).
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in field-based environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with SOP development and training delivery preferred.
Requirements:
- Must successfully passbackgroundcheck.
- Must be able sit for an extended period of time.
- Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents enter data into computer system read reports from a computer database or email system.
Salary Pay Range
$75000 - $80000 USD
