Position Overview:
LATG is looking for a Senior Software Lifecycle & Licensing Analyst who knows how to make sense of complex software environments and help teams make smart decisions.
This hybrid work environment role is hands-on and advisory. Youll be working through requirements figuring out what actually fits and guiding customers toward solutions that make sense both technically and financially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and translate them into effective software solutions and licensing strategies
- Assess hardware and software compatibility including virtual vs. physical environments
- Analyze system dependencies performance requirements and lifecycle considerations
- Provide recommendations that balance technical needs with budget constraints
- Support planning for software purchases renewals and licensing optimization
- Develop and maintain software roadmaps including vendor releases support timelines and future capabilities
- Conduct impact analysis related to system changes obsolescence and evolving requirements
- Communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance ()
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Masters degree
- Strong understanding of computer hardware platforms (CPU RAM storage etc.)
- Experience working with virtualization cloud-based solutions and network considerations
- Knowledge of enterprise software licensing models across major vendors (Microsoft Red Hat and others)
- Experience supporting large-scale environments and complex licensing structures preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into practical recommendations
