Job Summary
- Finish and repair drywall (taping mudding sanding and patching)
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls ceilings trim doors etc.)
- Install and repair trim baseboards crown molding and casing
- Perform light carpentry work and minor repairs
- Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience with drywall finishing painting and trim work
- Basic carpentry skills (measuring cutting installing materials)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction/restoration
- Knowledge of remodeling and repair work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
