Job Summary
Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily food & beverage operations. This role helps lead the team ensures excellent guest service and maintains a smooth high-energy dining environment in our busy sports bar and grill. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience looking to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
- Train support and motivate team members
- Maintain food quality presentation and service standards
- Handle guest questions concerns and feedback professionally
- Assist with inventory ordering and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support scheduling and shift management
Requirements
- 1 year of food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Part-time and full-time availability
- Certifications such as TIPS ServSafe CPR or First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
