What Youll Be Doing
Train and support new corporate cardholders
Process all new PCard applications verifying eligibility approvals and required documentation
Create new cardholder accounts in the PCard management system and configure credit limits and hierarchy placement
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding including card issuance replacement suspension and cancellation requests
Respond to PCard and employee reimbursement inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate support.
Track card expiration dates and proactively coordinate renewals
Serve as the primary contact for cardholders regarding program policies transaction disputes and system issues
Assist with special projects as needed by management
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate card administration expense management or financial operations.
Strong capability with BofA Works SAP Concur and Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
Demonstrated ability to lead financial processes manage competing priorities and consistently meet monthend close deadlines.
Advanced problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and recommend process improvements.
High degree of accuracy organization and accountability to maintain auditready documentation and data integrity.
Work Environment
Officebased role with regular collaboration across finance procurement and operational stakeholders. It requires routine use of computers financial systems and communication tools. Additional hours may be needed during monthend close cycles or special initiatives.
