- Defining product vision strategy and development of suite of ad measurement products.
- Leading a team of Product Managers and driving strategic planning establish PM best practices manage and mentor PMs drive Cross-Functional alignment and resolve large scale conflicts.
- Developing and enhancing products you will manage product roadmaps align business and technical needs analyze customer and product data turn customer insights into actionable initiatives determine rollout strategy and manage risks.
- Drivingproductlifecyclefrom requirement definitions research metrics analysis technical specifications development testing KPIs and other launch efforts.
- Workingwith Data Science Engineeringand other Walmart partners to define the data requirements measurement methodologies APIs and UX for reporting dashboards.
- Partner with product marketing in conducting industry and competitive analyses to develop deep understand of emerging trends in advertising measurement that inform product roadmap
- Building collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. engineering computer science data science mathematics or the equivalent)
- 9 years of hands-on experience in Product Management (majority in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred)
- 3 years of experience managing product managers
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem ad measurement and the underlying technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence
- Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically analyze quantitatively problem-solve scope technical requirements and make difficult trade-off decisions
- Passion for learning and solving customer problems
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions including MMMs MTAs and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement)

San Bruno California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143000.00 - $286000.00
Hoboken New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132000.00 - $264000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
