Department: Early Childhood Education (4-5 Year Old)
Job Type: Full-Time
- Plan and implement age-appropriate preschool curriculum and activities.
- Create a safe structured and engaging classroom environment.
- Support childrens social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Lead daily classroom routines including learning activities group time meals and transitions.
- Observe assess and document student progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom updates.
- Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom staff.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations health and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting required.
- Prior experience as a lead teacher or classroom leader preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with preschool curriculum planning and implementation.
- Strong classroom management and positive guidance strategies.
- Ability to build a warm inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
