Position Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruiting for a fast-growing multi-unit service organization. This role is responsible for building recruiting strategy managing recruiter performance and implementing systems that support high-volume hiring across multiple regions.
You will partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure we attract hire and onboard top talent efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who enjoys building structure improving processes and driving measurable hiring outcomes in a high-growth environment.
What Youll Do
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
- Lead the companys talent acquisition strategy for high-volume hourly hiring across multiple markets
- Partner with Regional Directors and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop regional recruiting strategies
- Coordinate hiring events recruiting campaigns and targeted sourcing strategies
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team including recruiters and recruiting coordinators
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for hiring outcomes
- Coach recruiters on pipeline management sourcing strategies and candidate experience
Process & Technology
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows
- Optimize the companys Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technology stack
- Oversee requisition management candidate pipelines and hiring workflows
Recruitment Marketing
- Manage job advertising strategy including job boards employer branding and advertising budgets
- Monitor candidate flow and adjust sourcing strategies to maximize results
Data & Performance
- Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill applicant conversion rates and hiring volume
- Provide leadership with regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance and market challenge
Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5-8 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience with 23 years leading or mentoring recruiters. However a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR preferred.
