This is a long-term full-time on-site positionlocatedin Sacramento CA.
Responsibilitiesmay include but are not limited to the following:
Identifypotential scheduling risks and bottlenecks across the project.
Analyze project timelines dependencies and constraints todetermineareas of risk.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks andoptimizeproject schedules.
Createmaintainand update project schedules to ensuretimelydelivery.
Work closely with project managers to understand project scope andobjectives.
Coordinate with team leaders to guarantee resource availability aligns with the project timeline.
Regularlymonitorproject progress toidentifyany deviations from the schedule plan.
Provide risk-based reporting to leadership including status of risk mitigation strategies.
Develop andmaintainrisk reports trackchangesand escalatesignificant issues as needed.

Strong understanding of risk management principles.
Proficiencywithproject and construction management software ( ProjectPrimavera P6etc.).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g. Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in business project management or engineering.
Certification in Project Management (PMP PMI-RMP or equivalent).
Professional Engineering license in CA or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity.
Proficiencywith Power BI Tableau or similar platforms for building interactive schedule dashboards and KPI visualizations.
Compensation Details
Expected Salary:$110k-$200k/year ($52-$96/hour).Lusterprovidesthe salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidates level of experience knowledge skills abilities education certifications licenses geographic location etc. Luster reserves the right toultimately paymore or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local state and/or federal law.
