Your role:

• Executes warehouse processes related to inbound goods receipt with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (customs/import process quality inspection environmental control on products) updates the appropriate transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
• Executes warehouse processes related to storage (stock counts stock verification stock movements stock corrections value added operations on inventory) with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (bonded storage special storage areas environmental control on products finance controls applicable for the entity) updates the inventory accordingly in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
• Executes warehouse processes related to outbound picking packing/labeling and shipping with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (customs/export process quality inspection environmental control on products specific requirements from customers) updates the appropriate transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool.
• Contributes to the daily upkeep of pallet jacks through active participation in maintenance tasks including routine inspections and lubrication while promptly reporting any identified issues to supervisors for resolution providing crucial support in ensuring the operational readiness of equipment under direct supervision.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues provides assistance to maintenance technicians for resolution of day-to-day problems playing a support role in minimizing disruptions to warehouse operations and maintaining seamless workflow continuity.

Youre the right fit if:

• You have a High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience as a warehouse operator with usage of a WMS preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Warehouseposition.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an onsite position in Ontario CA.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in CA is $18.00- $27.50 plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
