Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking Solar PV Installers or Roofers to join our Installations team and be based out of Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan. This is a full time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary bonus pension healthcare and additional benefits.

The Opportunity:

As a Solar PV Installer you will be responsible for the installation of our Solar PV Systems on residential buildings & ground mounted systems. You will receive 6 weeks of complete and thorough industry-specific training.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest of standards.
• Ensuredeadlines are met for upcoming installations and projects.
• Engagewith our customers and provideinformation and advice on work being undertaken.
• Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Roofer or have previous experience in Cladding/Industrial glazing.
• Previous solar experience is desirable
• Must live within a commutable distance of Carrickmacross Co Monaghan.
• Must have a full Clean Drivers License.
• Previous experience working at heights with a the use of a harness.
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills along with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Typically 1 Installation per day.
