Lead and enhance Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance at a dynamic site by ensuring compliance reducing risk and strengthening a safety culture. This role partners closely with site leadership to embed EHS into daily operations and decision-making. You will drive strategy influence behaviors and deliver measurable improvements in safety and regulatory performance.

Responsibilities
Lead all EHS functions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage risk reduction programs and cultivate a safety culture across the site
Advise and coach line managers to embed EHS accountability into daily operations
Develop and implement site-level EHS strategy aligned with global and local goals
Oversee EHS training programs for employees and contractors
Implement behavior-based safety programs and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Manage emergency preparedness and response planning
Lead KPI tracking reporting and continuous improvement projects
Analyze incidents audits and near misses toidentifytrends and corrective actions
Chair safety committees and lead closure of identified risks
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs and required documentation
Be the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external partners
Collaborate with Regulatory IT and regional teams
Your Professional Profile Includes
Bachelor degree in Chemistry Engineering EHS or related field (Masters a plus)
1015 years of EHS experience including plant or site-level leadership
Relevant EHS certifications based on country requirements
Strongexpertisein hazard identification risk assessment and control
5 years of experience with root cause analysis process safety management and audits
Experience in emergency management and safety program deployment
High levelof computer literacy and data-driven decision-making capability
Fluency in English (additionallanguages a plus)
Compensation and Benefits The established salary range for this position is $143000-$163000. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical dental and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan. #LI-Onsite
