Answering questions providing patient education and referrals. Ensuring exam rooms are prepared. Assisting with keeping appointments on time and optimizing the flow. Performing all front and back-office responsibilities as required by the health Responsibilities:Assist patients by responding to requests and coordinating services from appropriate personnel or departments as and prepare documents for patient records and patient services; completes patient insurance information and enters visit data into PPGNHAIK non-judgmental client-centered care and provide accurate information by answering questions and providing appropriate comprehensive knowledge of birth control methods and reproductive health services to provide patient education. Provide Planned Parenthood Patient Education Sheets (PES) and Informed Consent Forms (ICF) Client and offers Planned Parenthood services or community resources for identified patient patients and co-workers with excellent customer service in all interactions and tasks. Utilize service recovery when appropriate and seeks assistance from co-workers or the health center manager to ensure all lab tests collection and packaging of lab specimens in compliance with agency lab and state policy and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent plus one to two years experience in a medical Range:$18.45 to $27.68 hourlyPosition Type:Full-timeBenefits Eligibility:This position is eligible for PPGNHAIK benefits.
