What Youll Be Doing

• Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe plant operations
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel drivers and dispatch
• Follow all safety quality and environmental procedures and guidelines

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and accurately
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety practices and reliable work habits
• Capability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative team-focused mindset
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
