Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years experience in heavy civil and/or industrial construction specifically in wet infrastructure bridges and/or damswith in-depth knowledge of processes materials and equipment.
• Must have experience directly related towaste water treatment stormwater or water resource management bridges and/or dams
• Must be currently living in the Kansas City Metro Area.
• The ideal candidate has experience in a leadership role.

Job responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project specifications timelines and budget
• Enforce safety and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate and build relationships with subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Keep all parties updated on project progress and concerns
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly making decisions that align with project objectives and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities including daily reports progress photos and any relevant documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues manage quality control and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports and change orders
• Manage the on-site company workforce to ensure proper training compliance with company policies and procedures and give ongoing performance feedback

Compensation: The starting compensation range is $90000 to $130000. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
