Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday
Pay Range: $14.50 -$16.50 per hour
- Lead and manage your preschool classroom ensuring a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum promoting social emotional and academic growth.
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about childrens progress.
- Partner with center leadership to support enrollment family engagement and program quality.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Child Development or a related field preferred..
- 1 year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Food Handler Certification
