TITLE: Associate Quality Control Analyst

LOCATION: Indianapolis IN

REPORTS TO:Quality Control Lead

The Associate Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for accurately performing analytical tests to support operations and meet customer expectations.

What you will do:

• Accountable for finished product and in-process quality data. Prioritize testing based on business needs and departmental goals.
• Provide technical and professional assistance to operations management as needed to support the plants quality goals.
• Maintain well organized and accurate records to meet customer regulatory and external certification requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers that facilitate the companys goals.
• Demonstrate safe laboratory practices and maintain work environment in a safe clean and organized manner.
• Build control charts for summarizing data collection and testing performance.
• Provide back-up coverage for technician testing of both in-process and final product approvals.

• Team-oriented and well-organized with the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels within the organization

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
