• Flooring industry experience (or at least home services experience)
• Office Manager experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook Word and Excel)
• Bookkeeping experience / familiarity with QuickBooks
• Home design interest/experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce
