Associate-Level ProductionInventory Coordinator

Company:

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Level Production/Inventory Coordinator (Level B) to join our dynamic team in either Smithfield PA and/or Lemont Furnace PA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.

• Monitors work in process.

• Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability.

• Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.

• Coordinates with various functions to set priorities expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

• Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location (15 minutes apart).

This position is for 1st shift.

To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

• 1 or more years of experience supporting Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.

• Must be able to lift push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 or more years of experience with inventory stock or supply chain management.

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Access and Project.

• Experience using Cost Point Software.

Typical Education/Experience:

High School diploma/GED and typically 1 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Education (e.g. Vocational Associate Bachelor etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $46750 - $63250
