As a Realtor on our team youll guide clients through every step of the home-buying process. Were hiring people-oriented individuals with outstanding and positive attitudes. Top training for all agents! Training resources include online lessons in-person help and shadowing established agents. We follow a Show Shadow Do approach to training. Our agents are never left to navigate the business alone. We provide consistent hands-on training in contracts compliance communication and client experience.

Experience is not necessary for this position - the desire to work and learn is required. The ability to work well in a team environment is mandatory!

• Have or be able to obtain a real estate license
• Complete our training program
• Be able to have conversations with people who inquire about homes using phone email and text communication
• Maintaining appropriate communication with clients throughout the process

• Able to handle track and close several team leads per month
• Be proficient in using computers and smartphones

• Show homes
• Write and negotiate contracts
