Job Summary
Job title: Outside Sales Representative ( Lumber Sales )
Location: Hackettstown NJ
Salary:$60000 - $100000/year
What you will be doing:
- Generate new business and develop strong customer relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations to promote the companys products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Identify tailored solutions for customer needs.
Experience you will need:
- Experience with sales presentations and new business development.
- Strong skills in relationship building and customer service.
- Experience with Lumber Sales ( Wholesale )
- Excellent communication skills for conveying product details.
- Self-motivation organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of building supply products or related industry experience is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
Additional info:
salary is based on experience and book of business
commission structure is basically 3% of gross sales paid monthly
Benefits medical (4 different tiers) 3 Weeks PTO after one year prorated the first year. 401K starts after 1000 hours of work paid Holidays
