Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve KPIs and SLAs consistently
- Manage workload resourcing gaps and ensure continuous service delivery
- Handle Purchase Orders agency coordination and pay queries
- Support operational continuity through planning and risk mitigation
- Oversee IT setup equipment distribution and telephony alignment
- Lead training upskilling and address capability gaps with coaching
- Coordinate complaints audits compliance and reporting activities
- Provide daily operational support manage rotas inboxes and office coordination
About You
- Operational leadership experience within a high-volume customer-facing environment
- Proven experience managing team performance against KPIs
- Strong organisational and coordination capability
- Experience handling complaints and driving service improvement
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Experience with workforce administration (absence management timesheets agency coordination)
- Confident using CRM or operational systems
