We are hiring for our client a forward-thinking construction company specialising in commercial retail fit-out projects across NI ROI and the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline they are seeking a Project Manager in Commercial Fit-Out to join their expanding team.

This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality projects while working in a collaborative hands-on environment. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects end-to-end and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:

Manage commercial retail fit-out projects from inception to completion
Deliver projects on time within budget and to high quality standards
Lead site teams subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain strong communication with clients and senior management
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

The Person:

2 years experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
Relevant qualifications (Degree / SMSTS / First Aid)
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
Willingness to travel across NI ROI and the UK

The Reward:

45000 65000 (DOE)
