Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate (Freezer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support cold storage warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong

hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts along with solid warehouse and inventory handling skills in a freezer

environment.

• Operate Raymond Reach Counterbalance and Walkie forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload shipments while ensuring product quality and condition

• Pick pack and process orders accurately in a freezer/cold storage environment

• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements

• Perform pallet handling and movement within warehouse locations

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas

• Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Strong hands-on experience with Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience

• Minimum 2 years of freezer/cold storage experience

• Valid forklift certification (Reach Counterbalance Walkie)

• High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent)

• Basic computer skills required

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

We are ideally looking for candidates based in York Durham or Scarborough areas as proximity to the site is important for meeting attendance and

punctuality requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in cold/freezer environments for extended periods

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Physically capable of lifting 10 15 kg

• Reliable punctual and self-motivated

• Flexible to work shifts weekends and overtime as required
