Learn more at Key Account Territory Manager (KA-TM)is responsible forimplementing and executingMedTech Electrophysiologycommercial strategies at key accounts and is accountable to achieve the sales goals in the assigned territory by delivering market share and market share growth as well as other key metrics. The KA-TMis responsibleforbuildingandmaintainingmutually beneficial relationships with physicianshospitals EP laboratory staff and key opinion leadersin order togrow and develop business.

As the Key AccountTerritoryManager you will:

  • Indirectly lead a team (pod) including Clinical Account Specialists (CASs) and partners with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting businessobjectives.

  • Responsiblefor managingall aspects of the customer group which include members of large hospital systems/IDN and teaching institutions.

  • Influences clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within assigned account base to support the use of allElectrophysiologyproducts.

  • Approaches each customer from a total account management perspective byleveragingresources appropriately collaborating with internal and external partners including stakeholders such as HCPs Administrators C-Suite Quality Case Management and other emerging influencers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degreerequiredand/or equivalent work experience

  • Three years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience or equivalent level experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment

  • Experience in strategic planning needs assessment and cost benefit analysis

  • The ability to travel 65% isrequired

  • Do you have avalid drivers license issued in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance degree (e.g. MBA) preferred

  • Medical Device sales experience

  • Cardiology/cardiovascular or medical device industry with EP experience

  • Documented sales awards and achievement

  • Experience in EducationTrainingand/or Learning Design

  • Experience in managing large account system contracts

  • Prior management experience preferred.

  • Preference for candidates currently living in theregion
