About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Data Engineer supporting the SHARP program. This hybrid role (3 days onsite 2 days remote) offers you the chance to advance your expertise in Data Engineering and Data Governance with a clear focus on leveraging Informatica tools and managing enterprise data. Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives identify alternative solutions and conduct cost/benefit studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect review and document user requirements and data needs
- Design develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Informatica suite (PowerCenter IICS IDMC MDM Axon EDC IDQ Customer360 Supplier360 Entity360)
- Establish and maintain Master Data and Reference Data frameworks for large-scale environments
- Implement data quality rules and ensure data integrity using Informatica DQ
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements for automation and efficiency
- Support ongoing Data Governance initiatives and data stewardship activities
Required Skills and Experience
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter IICS IDMC MDM Axon EDC IDQ Customer360 Supplier360 Entity360)
- Strong track record establishing Master Data and Reference Data for large organizations
- Expertise in implementing data quality rules with Informatica DQ
- 8 years of data engineering experience in complex environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale data in Snowflake
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Background in healthcare public health or state agency environments
- Proficiency with Python scripting for automation and API interaction
