Title: Senior Technical Writer (Hybrid)

Location: Oak Ridge TN

Duration: 12 Months

Clearance Needed: Active Q Clearance (or equivalent that can reciprocate to Q) is REQUIRED.

Job Description

• Understand system architecture
• Work across multiple platforms systems and integrations
• Document:
  • system designs
  • technical standards
  • integration frameworks
• Support architecture governance and technical standards

Key Skills to Target

• Strong technical writing (clear structured original writing)
• Experience documenting:
  • IT systems
  • architecture
  • integrations
• Solid understanding of:
  • enterprise systems
  • system interfaces
  • security considerations
• Ability to work with engineers and translate technical concepts
• Strong grammar editing and proofreading

• Local candidates (within 50 miles of Oak Ridge) are preferred but not required
• Must be open to occasional onsite travel
