Job Description:
- We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in software/application development who has grown into a Business Analyst / Technical BA role and now excels as a Technical Product Owner.
- This role requires deep collaboration with engineering teams architects QA and business stakeholders to deliver scalable high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage product backlogs roadmaps and sprint priorities
- Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Lead requirements gathering system analysis and solution design
- Collaborate with developers on APIs integrations microservices and cloud-based systems
- Participate in sprint planning grooming demos and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices
- Support product delivery across the full SDLC
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years in IT / Software Development lifecycle
- Prior hands-on experience in application/software development
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- 4 years as a Technical Product Owner / PO
- Strong understanding of APIs integrations data flows
- Experience with Agile Scrum SDLC
- Tools: JIRA Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Onsite availability in Minneapolis MN
Nice to Have:
- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure).
- SAFe Agile environment experience.
