A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (25 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7 years). Compensation Structure
Mid-Level Attorney: $150000$175000 DOE
Senior Attorney: $175000$220000 DOE
Monthly production-based bonus ($7000$10000 annually after onboarding period) no origination or discretionary bonus structure

Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities
Manage auto liability cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings motions and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
Evaluate liability and damages and prepare client reports
Collaborate with the supervising partner on the case strategy
Senior Attorney Responsibilities
Handle cases from intake through trial and post-trial
Conduct depositions expert discovery and trial proceedings
Develop and execute litigation strategies independently
Manage client communication and reporting
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff (as applicable)
Contribute to internal workflows and litigation processes
Candidate Requirements
Mid-Level Attorney:
25 years of litigation experience in auto defense PI defense or civil litigation
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to manage workload independently
Senior Attorney:
7 years of litigation experience
Trial experience (first or second chair) required
Ability to independently manage a full caseload
Experience supervising or mentoring preferred
Salary Range: $150000 - $220000
