Job Summary

We re looking for a Senior Research Associate who thrives in the lab and is passionate about turning experimentation into breakthrough insights. This role is at the heart of applied research combining hands-on science with curiosity and precision to build the foundation for new products and processes.

What You ll Do

Perform critical day-to-day experimental work mastering lab equipment and standard methods.
Execute sample analysis with attention to detail spotting unusual results and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues.
Identify smarter more productive ways to run experiments and improve processes.
Safely set up operate and maintain R&D equipment to generate new technical understanding and prototypes.
Explore relationships between input and output variables pushing operational limits to develop robust products.
Document workflows ensure compliance and contribute to a collaborative fast-paced research environment.

Must-Have Skills

Associate s Degree in Engineering/Mechanical field OR HS diploma with relevant experience.
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills (geometry trigonometry algebra).
Organization collaboration and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to route Enovia materials and standards for peer review and approval.
Experience originating/revising specifications in Enovia.
Understanding of master vs. individual specifications and related standards.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Excel (vLookUp table comparisons Hair Care fill weight sheet).
