Job Summary
Role: AI/ML Engineer (Senior / Lead)
Location: Minneapolis MN/ Connecticut . Local or must relocate in 1-2 months
Key Responsibilities:
5 10 Years Google CCAI Focus
Were hiring AI/ML Engineers across multiple levels to build and scale enterprise Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions with a strong emphasis on Google CCAI.
What Youll Do
Build and deploy ML & GenAI models (Gemini GPT 4 Claude etc.)
Develop end to end ML pipelines: data prep training deployment monitoring
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
Ensure Responsible AI: fairness privacy compliance
Work with cross functional teams to deliver business ready AI solutions
(Senior/Lead) Mentor engineers and lead ML/GenAI architecture decision
What Were Looking For
Experience: 5 10 years in ML/AI engineering (level depends on experience)
Strong Python skills ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face LangChain)
Cloud experience - GCP preferred
Hands on Generative AI / LLM experience
Enterprise integration experience (Salesforce is a plus)
Google CCAI experience is highly preferred
Nice to Have
CRM platform experience
Understanding of ethical/responsible AI
Agile/DevOps/MLOps experience
Team leadership or mentoring (for senior roles)
