JOB TITLE: Electronics Fabrication Technician
LOCATION: Ventura CA
PAY RATE: $25-35/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Support engineering hardware fabrication testing and troubleshooting activities

• Perform basic laboratory operations and maintain a clean organized work environment

• Fabricate electronic/electrical chassis and mechanical racks from engineering drawings

• Work independently to complete assigned technical tasks

• Communicate technical issues effectively with internal customers and vendors

• Assist with setup validation and testing of hardware systems

• Follow safety procedures including lifting up to 25 lbs and using ladders as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in hardware fabrication assembly or lab-based technical support

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a lab environment including climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
