JBS is seeking an hourlyMaterial Handler (Shipping & Receiving) 1st Shift! Position starts at$18.00per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuresthe effective and timely completion of all shipping and receiving functions
- Ensures all shipping and receiving functions are conductedin accordance with established policiesand procedures
- Sort and count packages labels totes etc for inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Pull product from cooler freezer & production floor.
- Performs a physical count of inventory
- Restocks items as necessary for production
- Operate heavy equipment.
- Load and unload trailers
- Establish and maintain goodcommunication coordination and working relations withcompany personal and vendors.
- Completes and maintains shipping related paperworkaccurately
- Complete all shipping and receiving documentationin accordance withcustomer and company policies and procedures
- Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
- Expected to work hands-on atsafespeedsand times to lift over 50 pounds.
- Must keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
- Inspectinbound and outboundand/or packaging.
- Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Work regularly intemperaturesnear or below freezing (Coolers Loading Dock Freezer)
- Work in damp or cold conditions (20-30 Degrees-Fabrication)
- Work outside ina weather-related environment
- Work in areas that require you to lift pull or push 50 lbs.
- Work with sharp knives or a cutting tool
LIFTING/ PUSHING/PULLING 10 lbs. -50 lbs. production
NEUTRAL WRIST-Repetitive hand motions and grasping.
Work Environment
The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.
